Investment: 2021 in numbers

In the middle of the pandemic the company invested significant sums to future prepare our services and processes. We installed Line 5, with the line becoming available in January. This additional decoiling line allows us to concentrate on building products and the service order of short leadtime orders to the construction and general engineering markets.

In February the 32/2 came into use. A £200k+ investment, this roll former features an automatic stacking unit an can produce 32mm box profile lengths in sizes up to 18.5m. Due to the impressive speed of the line, we can feasibly produce up to 5000 tonnes of additional profiled material each year.
